When will I receive my order?
After successful processing, All orders are shipped within 3 working days from when the order was placed. In most instances, items are shipped same/next day. When you will receive your item is dependent on what shipping method you chose at the checkout.

How do I get same day delivery?
Shoot us a DM on our instagram @euellaofficial and confirm whether same day delivery is available for the day. Once confirmed, you can select the same day delivery option at the checkout.

I ordered to the wrong address, can I still change it?
We understand that mistakes can happen, orders are normally shipped off the next working day, so make sure to contact us ASAP.
As soon as you notice, email us at hello@euella.com, with your name and order number in the subject of the email. Please tell us what the incorrect address is and also specify the new correct address and we will be more than happy to help.

How do I cancel an order?
At Euella, we process our orders immediately and are ready to ship them very fast. Therefore you are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed.

How do I qualify for the 40% MUA Discount?
You will need to first make an account with Euella Cosmetics. The minimum spend to qualify is £90. At the checkout apply the code “mua40”, and the 40% discount will automatically apply.
I haven't received my item. What can I do?
